Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that wedding photography is a big investment, and we want you to know where your money is going. With years of experience, we bring more than just the time we spend with you on your wedding day. A lot of our work happens behind the scenes, especially in the careful editing and retouching of your photos. We’re dedicated to delivering images of the highest quality, and this process can take time to ensure everything looks perfect for you.
For weddings within the M25, there’s no extra charge for travel, apart from parking fees if needed. For weddings outside the M25, we charge 50p per mile (starting from SW11, London), and any travel time is charged at £50 per hour.
For destination weddings, we kindly ask that clients cover airfare, accommodation, meals, and related travel expenses. We also charge a reduced rate for travel days: £300 for flights under 4 hours and £500 for flights over 4 hours. We want to make sure we’re well-rested and fully present to capture your big day, no matter where it takes place.
We don’t provide physical wedding albums, as we believe creating one is a deeply personal experience. However, we’re more than happy to help guide you through the process. We can recommend services or give advice on how to design a beautiful album that reflects your special day.
James will be your main photographer, capturing all the important moments. Rosie will be your point of contact throughout the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you’ve booked a second photographer, Rosie will also be behind the camera, working alongside James to capture even more angles and details of your special day.
A second photographer can be a great addition, especially if you have more than 100 guests or multiple locations to cover. With two of us, we can make sure no moment is missed, from different perspectives of your ceremony to candid shots of your guests while we’re focused on you. It’s all about capturing your day in as much detail as possible.
Absolutely! We believe that having a good relationship with your photographer makes a huge difference in how comfortable you feel on your wedding day. Meeting beforehand helps us get to know each other and ensures you’ll feel relaxed and confident when it comes to having your photos taken. Plus, it’s a great chance to discuss any specific ideas or requests you might have.
We know how excited you’ll be to see your wedding photos, and we always aim to deliver them within 4 to 6 weeks. Rest assured, we’ll be working hard to edit and perfect every image so they’re worth the wait.
